Mexican Fiesta - BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!

Join Adriana Rabinovich, who will be showing you her secrets of making delicious Tex-Mex food. Tex-Mex differs from classic Mexican cooking and it has an established repertoire of old favourites that we are going to prepare. We are going to learn how to make tortillas and wraps from scratch. We will be making delicious wild mushroom quesadillas and you will learn how to make flame-grilled salsas and of course the best Chile con carne in the county. This class promises a lot of flavour, a lot of fun, so put on your boots and come along!
